Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-9 days to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you
know the status of your order, and the lead time on any manufactured accessories.

STORE PICKUP - 3 Small Crescent, Oro-Medonte, ON L0L1T0 Canada
Orders can be picked up Monday to Thursday, from 8am to 5pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
For flat rate LTL shipping on bulky items: We offer $400 flat rate shipping within Canada. This is only an estimate - once your order is placed, expect an email within 48 hours with your actual shipping rate. You will receive a credit if the quoted freight is less than $400 and an estimate if it's higher with the option to cancel at any time prior to shipping. If approved, an invoice will be sent with the remaining balance owing. Once the transaction is complete, your order will be processed for shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible
at sales@orodesign.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We
address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory
solution.
